TILLIL Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Cancellations & Modifications Need to make a change? Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will have entered processing and we may be unable to make changes.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Canada only.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.)
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
- Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 CAD.
